GLOSS

Without question, gloss paint is the most cleanable and durable of the finishes. Great for wet area applications or high-traffic situations, gloss paint is often the most difficult to apply, unforgiving in its amplification of brush stroke marks. Additionally, although ideal for wiping away dirt, a high-gloss finish amplifies the slightest flaw in the construction of a wall, and should be utilized only when the surface is fairly free of serious imperfections.
