V.C.T. or Vinyl Composition Tile offers an economical flooring solution to areas susceptible to high traffic and wetness. With a fairly non-porous hard body, vinyl composition tile is best installed on level surfaces utilizing troweled on adhesive applied to the substrate. Although advanced home improvement experience is not necessary, some level of experience and a plan on hand can create original floor art by cutting the V.C.T. into pieces that form larger images and medallions, creating opportunities to transfer original artistic expressions onto the flooring surface. With virtually invisible seams between tiles, most often seen in 12" x 12" format, V.C.T.'s hardness provides for a potentially long term solution that accepts frequent cleaning while remaining resistant to dirt and debris.
